22 Days of Gratitutde

We have all been waking up to the idea that in order to change the world we must first go inward and look at our lives, actions, and the impact we have. And when it comes to tapping in and syncing into flow, never underestimate the power that each of us hold within and the power of gratitude!


What if I told you there were a simple and effective way to unlock happiness and abundance -- to tap into the flow and align with the law of attraction? Because, there is!


The answer is actually very simplistic, gratitude. And not just going through the motions of gratitude but actually meaning it and feeling it! Because if you are just "faking it" by going through the motions because you want something else or something new, it won't work. The law of attraction and an attitude of gratitude only work if we are being honest and authentic about those feelings -- The Universe knows the truth, always.


When we stop or slow down enough to look at all we have to be grateful for, from things large too small, we are showing the Universe we are paying attention. Which is so amazing!! But more than that we need to take care of what we have.


By not practicing gratitude or not taking care of what we do have, we can create blockages. Stopping other things form coming into our lives. Because think about it, why would the Universe want to give us more if we're not thankful for what we already have? Or if we're neglecting what we have?


So we want to challenge you and ourselves, too putting in the time and patience and dedicating ourselves to an attitude of gratitude. Especially when the world feels so overwhelming and chaotic, I believe is a good time to take stock of what you do have and practice gratitude towards those things.


Daily Gratitude Challenge [22 Day Challenge]:

Daily Deeds:

  • Every morning spend 5 minutes or less writing down a gratitude list, starting with "I am grateful..."

  • Every night spend 10 minutes writing down what you are thankful for and why

Day 1 Clean up your space -- a cluttered space brings chaotic energy.

Day 2

EFT Tapping. High Vibe Honey: TAPPING For Gratitude, Appreciation, And Abundance

Day 3

Call a friend or family member to talk with and tell them how grateful you are for them.

Day 4

Yoga with Adriene - Grounding into Gratitude

Day 5

Journal Prompts:

What has brought joy today?

What are you thankful for today?

What are 3 things about yourself are grateful for?

Day 6

Write a letter of gratitude to yourself, seal it, and ask a friend or family member to mail it to you in a few weeks.

Day 7

Detail clean something very special to you.

Day 8

Spend 10 minutes writing a list of what you are thankful for.

Day 9

Dance party! Dance it out to your favorite music, shake out the negative energy.

Day 10

Day 11

Clean up your space again -- a cluttered space brings chaotic energy. Day 12

Day 13

Take an hour today to do something you love [whether that's dancing, self-care, etc.], and remember how joyful and happy that makes you feel.

Day 14

Who are you most grateful for in your life? Write them a letter [or a send them a text] of why they mean so much to you and what you are grateful for them.

Day 19

What is your favorite restaurant or food that you make? Treat yourself to that today!

Day 20

Think of all you have to be grateful for, then do something for someone in need today. Whether that is buying some homeless food, sending money to your friend who needs it, etc. But today is about giving and sharing that gratitude.


Day 21
