Beyond that though, Liv is a badass for so many reasons! Take her #TimesUp fight with MindRite for example. Or her e-book "Smart Infusion", out now on here website and available through Kindle. Livvie will also be launching the Livvie Smalls CBD docent kit for infusing food available on her website later this month.
We love ourselves a strong ass women and you should too! So let's dive into our interview with this babe!
What do you do?
I am a chef, a witch and an educator. I help people understand food, plant medicine and themselves a bit better. I use food as an educational tool, build a restaurant for the day to be my classroom and make a comfortable and beautiful space for my guests to feel comfortable to consume, tactile learn and ask questions.
Cannabis is everything. It is food, shelter, clothing, healthcare...all from one seed. Cannabis has helped me with emotional and physical pain but it is also a femme who persevered through so much. Cannabis IS every woman.
What are you passionate about?
I'm passionate about healing. I want to help people heal themselves and their community. I try to provide the tools for self healing. We all need it now more than ever, and my personal healing journey with the plant has helped give me so much empathy and perspective to make space for others to heal.
What does authenticity mean to you?
Knowing that you will make a lot of people happy...and being just as okay with the people who won't be happy with you. We all are learning and growing at a rapid rate and we all will make mistakes but it can not make us 2nd guess ourselves, our divine path or break our stride.
What makes you authentic?
I am loud. I stand up for other people, empower them to use their voice and I disrupt old thought patterns. This is not always pretty or glamorous but I have to be true to my values, be loud about predators and lead by example. If i fake any part of this it would be obvious and kind of icky...so I have no choice but to stay authentic to myself, my values and my community.
What is your mission in life?
To help people understand their bodies, their psyche, their programming, plant medicine, edibles, and to give themselves power to take their health into their own hands.
