Integrating Plant Medicine: Oregano Oil
Plant medicine is often referred too as a healing tool used by Indigenous Healers, Shamans, and Doulas. Plant medicines are used to access altered states of consciousness where we are able to heal our bodies and our minds. While many believe that plant medicines are psychoactive, that doesn't always have to be the case. Today we are talking about plant medicine in the forms of herbs, or herbal medicine.

1: the art or practice of using herbs and herbal preparations to maintain health and to prevent, alleviate, or cure disease 2: a plant or plant part or an extract or mixture of these used in herbal medicine
The power of herbs can be overlooked when thinking of plant medicine but herbs are extremely beneficial and can kick ass when it comes to helping us heal! One of our favorite and super powerful herbs comes in the form of an extract, Oregano Oil.
Oregano Oil has a host of amazing benefits, one of my favorites being that it can boost and keep your immune system strong! I can't even count the number of times the Ladies of Paradise team has kicked a cold or other sickness with this magical plant medicine!
